The purpose of Three Point Five is to share information about important political and policy issues in the U.S. and encourage individuals to participate in U.S. elections and the electoral process. Therefore, the petitions, surveys, and forms on the Site are open only to residents of the United States with a valid U.S. zip code.

    • In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation;

    • If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Three Point Five, its employees, volunteers, or others; and

    • With your consent or at your direction, including if we notify you through our Site that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such information.

    Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, provided that the foregoing does not apply to sharing (1) with vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (and who will not use such information for their own purposes); or (2) if we believe disclosure is required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation or to comply with law enforcement or legal process.

    The Site may contain links to other websites. For example, we may link to third-party sites to facilitate donations or purchases or to assist you with voter registration.     Online Petitions

    If you sign an online petition, you understand that such petition is public information and that we may make the petition, and your name, city, state, and any comments provided in connection therewith publicly available. In addition, we may provide such petitions or compilations thereof, including your comments, name, city, and state to national, state or local leaders, or to the press.

    Social Sharing Features

    The Site may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on our Site through other media, and vice versa. Our computer systems have restricted access limited only to those persons and organizations necessary to their proper functioning. This access applies to all electronic and physical security measures. Our servers are located in a locked, secure environment.

If we learn that we have collected any personal information from children under applicable laws without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database promptly.

In addition, in order to comply with federal law, our contributor records will not be altered and are continuously maintained in a separate secure database.
